Amy is a Consultant at Russell Philanthropies. Amy’s decades in the nonprofit world are characterized by passionate attunement to the unique needs of the individuals and organizations she supports.

Amy’s background working with numerous and varied nonprofits has emphasized collaborative leadership, project management, individual philanthropy, communications, strategic planning, facilitation, and coaching.

Amy has extensive experience fostering a culture of philanthropy, optimizing board governance, enhancing board and CEO performance, and leading comprehensive fundraising campaigns. She thrives in environments where she can drive lasting impact and expand the boundaries of the possible for those with whom she partners.

Amy earned an undergraduate music teaching degree from The Hartt School and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. She holds a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College’s Center for New Leadership and a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource. Amy is also a 2019 graduate of the Snelling Center for Government’s Vermont Leadership Institute.
